Finally..a doctor that makes you feel at ease, takes the time to listen to you and the time to explain your problem and treatment in detail. He is ver knowledgeable. Dr. Patel also took the time to answer my questions (very refreshing). He needed to do a biopsy and explained the whole thing to me. He also has his own lab where he oversees the processing of the tissue. Very reassuring to me because quality care seems to be very important to him. I also received my results much faster than I had with other doctors. He has a very professional, friendly staff as well. I will recommend him to anyone needing a dermatologist.

It was refreshing to see Dr. Patel. The office is well run, he was on time, more than helpful and knowledgeable and answered every question in detail. This is how medicine should be. I highly recommend him.

I have been to many dermatologists,and Dr. Patel is by far the best dermatologist,actually the best docter,that I have ever been to.He is friendly and engaging and I really feel like he truely cares about me and my skin problems.Even when I have to have a painful procedure done,he still makes me feel totally comfortable.He is knowledgeable,thorough,and makes sure to not overlook anything.I would absolutely recomend him to anyone.That being said,i was increadibly dissapointed by his PA,Franceine Potter.I went to see her becasue I couldn't get in to see Dr. Patel for a few months,and I could see her the next week.I now know I should have waited.She was rude,rushed,and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with every question.I was having some warts removed from my hand and I had to point out at least three that she missed.I had some questions about my complexion,and she didn't even look up from her paperwork,let alone carefully look over my skin like Dr.Patel does.
