I had been seeing the Dr. for about 5 years and I have always had a great time and experience with her and her staff… until today! I was about 9 to 11 minutes late, when I told the lady at the front desk I was there for an appointment and I said, “I am sorry I know I am a little late.” Without even saying “I am sorry” or anything her reply was, well we can’t take you now, you’re too late.” I stood there for about a second in shock at the nasty attitude towards me and lack of manners, but the lady at the desk said nothing else. I didn’t say anything and I walked out. I love Dr. Even and the great way she has always taken care of me of the past 5 years, but due to that wonderful lady at the desk I do not think I will even be going back and that is a shame, but I guess bad service and losing a patient does not mean anything to them.

Great doctor who really takes time with me and answers my questions in a way I can understand. The staff is friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humor. She is very thorough and her exam is excellent. Good selection of frames too.

Dr. Even is a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor with an unmatched bedside manner. She and her staff are always pleasant and helpful. She is always willing to answer all of my questions, and her staff is very helpful with frame selection. I've been with her for almost 20 years, and I would never consider going anywhere else!
