Dr. high is terrific I have gone to him for years. I had a procedure scheduled for 12:30 in writing on my pre-op orders. When we arrived my friend was informed I should have someone with me after the procedure for 12 hrs. This should have been addressed when the appointment was made. We arrived at 11:45, sat for 1.5 hrs no one said a word to us. When I finally inquired I was told it was scheduled for 1:30 ( which it was not.) This is the worst front office staff I have ever encountered; rude, total lack of caring for patients and communication skills..
