I was seen promptly for an unscheduled visit due to an injury and could not walk. I was taken care and evaluated promptly and with caring
Dr Larkin is highly skilled. His credentials are incredible. He operates on patients where their cases are passed to him by other orthopaedic surgeons due to his skill in the operating room.

Dr. Larkin ruined my life. I'm 6 years out from knee replacement and still have severe swelling and pain. He knew shortly after he did the replacement that I was having issues. But his question to me was "are you sure you can't live this way". I wish I would have never heard of him.

Dr. Larkin is certainly friendly, but after the initial consult and any surgeries, one is passed off to his assistants. He seems to be lining patients up like and spassemble line! Sarah Bills, his PRN who one mainly sees, is fabulous and one of the most caring and intuitive people I have ever met in a medical setting. I had numerous setbacks after my rotator cuff repair, and I had to make a special request if I wanted to meet with the doctor! I eventually moved on and found out that I STILL had a rotator cuff tear and needed a second surgery 🤕 His support staff was fabulous - mainly Sarah and Andy - but he disappointed me thoroughly!

I could go on for way too long here about how we are so very disappointed with Dr. Larkin and the way he runs his office. The last straw was a visit where we had to endure nearly 2 hours waiting in the lobby. Then, much to our shock, the Doctor had no idea my mother had suffered what some other doctors believe was a TIA relating to a procedure by a doctor Larkin referred us to. This is despite the fact that I immediately called his office and spoke to one of his people at length after Mom ended up in the ER. When we had to tell him what happened, he shut down, stared into his computer and jumped up and left the room, saying he was going to get a hold of a spine specialist. He never returned. Nor had he told us "Goodbye," or "Good luck." He was with us for no more than a few quick minutes. We had questions that went unanswered after a 2 hour wait. There is simply no excuse for this kind of behavior. Rude. Oh, and by the way, his (costly) procedures did little to nothing to help my Mom.

Dr. Larkin seemed very Knoledgeable however the staff was not friendly. I never got the feeling they cared about me. I honestly felt like I was just another cow on a cattle drive. This office needs a little Jerry McGuire, less patients and more attention to the ones you have. As far as the surgery He did a good job.
