Dr. O'Brien and entire staff of PVOA are excellent. This is my second surgery with Dr. O'Brien (and the third surgery at PVOC). Everyone in the practice that I have seen is professional and courteous. I never feel rushed, and all questions are answered completely.

As a former college athlete I've been to my share of orthopedic surgeons. After one visit with Dr. Brien I knew that this was the place for me to receive treatment for latest knee injury. As a working professional being on time for appointments is necessary- not only was I seen on time, the staff has also even took me before my scheduled time when I arrived early for an appointment. Dr O'Brien was efficient and worked flawlessly with Brenda and Anita to get me scheduled for surgery and then worked hard with my insurance to get everything approved. I have a choice in who I select for my orthopedic needs and I choose to drive from Richmond to seek care from Dr O'Brien and his staff. Thank you for taking care of me!

I have had a number of health issues in the past year, visiting several physician practices, outpatient procedural centers, diagnostic centers, emergency rooms, and hospitals (three inpatient stays). By far, your practice has been my best experience, from the first phone call, to every office visit, with all staff (front office, back office, X-ray, ortho techs, and wonderful Dr. O'Brien) showing kindness, efficiency, knowledge, and caring all along the way. I have had nothing but excellent care by every provider I've seen. I trust Dr. OBrien. He has fixed my knee and continues to help me stay competition ready! I would not consider another practice for my Ortho needs as well as the PT group associated with the practice.
