This is by far the worst Dr I've ever had!!! He was very rough on me and only made my neck worse!! While in the hospital and after being discharged he only prescribed me hydrocodone 5mg. I was in the worst pain of my entire life and he never cared to even prescribe anything to keep me comfortable! When I cried to him he treated me as if I were an addict and told me if I complained about it again then he'd cut me off. I wasn't even discharged from the hospital when he told me this!!! As a matter of fact he had a half grin on his face as if he was getting off on seeing me ball my eyes out over the pain! This man is sick and twisted and shouldn't even have a license to practice!! To anyone who thinks its a good idea to let him operate on you just know you will regret it and will end up having to go to another specialist to repair the damage he's done!

Only good thing is his staff. Very rude man that don't wanna listen. Would not recommend him at all unless you wanna be messed up severely!!

He was VERY rude to me as well. Interrupted me while I was trying to answer his questions, raised his voice, and basically made me feel like I was wasting his time. I was almost in tears by the time I left. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

I found Dr Mark to be very thorough and helpful. He took time to understand my condition (bad disk herniation) offer his professional advice while listening to my history my thoughts as well as making sure I left with all my questions answered. I am still under his care and feel very comfortable with him as my doctor.

Dr. Myers was the most rude physician I have ever met. He never introduced himself nor asked my name. During his questioning of my symptoms, he interrupted me not once but 3 times to the point I had to ask him to stop. He then asked me to leave his office. I was shocked to say the least. I do not recommend Dr. Mark Myers to anyone! There are many other orthopedic surgeons who specialize in spinal surgery that have a much better bedside manner than he. However, his lack of professionalism is of no reflection on Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Frankfort is a wonderful hospital. It is a shame that Dr. Mark Myers even rents space from such a fine institution. Dr. Mark Myers should be ashamed of his behavior towards me and of his lack of professionalism. This experience was my worst office experience as a patient ever! I've never been treated with such disrespect.

The only bad thing I have to say about this Dr. is that after my surgery he did not want to give me the amount of pain medication I needed. He sent me home with a prescription for Hydrocodone 7.5 - 1 every 4 hours. I was in excruciating pain.

He is very helpful and patient with me explaining my condition and what can be done. This doctor answers to all sorts of questions, which I think is extremely important as you want to feel comfortable asking anything in mind to a doctor who would possibly operate on you. His staff are also very nice and easy to talk to.
