New to the area, my local Internist gave me a bridge script for glaucoma drops, which I was already using, having been prescribed by my prior eye care specialist. First time at Moulds' Pinnacle Vision office...After the Tech had dilated my eyes, Moulds came into the exam room. She sat down made a 30 second review of my case, which included me bringing my eye care history from my prior eye specialist. She did not read it thoroughly, & did not ask me any questions other than a very harsh, "How did you get this medicine?" I told her about my local Internist, and she announced in an accusatory manner, "He should not be prescribing that for you." She continued on so rudely I finally told her I did not see reason to return. I told her straight up, "You are rude." She finished exam, and literally walked me out to the glasses fitting table and left me there, and walked away. I had no contacts, no updated prescriptions, and had to ask the staff for help, as I couldn't see. She treated me like a five year old, and spoke to me with disrespect. I would assume, from the way I was treated, that she does not appreciate new people to the area. I would not recommend her or Pinnacle Vision in any way. In fact, in 55 years of going to eye doctors, this was undoubtedly the worst I have ever been treated. Kudos to the staff, however, they are wonderful. Had it not been for them I think I would have had to call for a ride home.

The entire staff here is very helpful, important because the patient has dementia. They never make him uncomfortable because of his difficulties.

I never had an eye doctor spend so much time giving me information regarding my prior issue with double vision or suggest gel eye drops for my constant dry eyes!
Dr. Mould is a very THOROUGH optometrist!
