Horrible Dr ,you explain your situation, give your blood work , which shows low testosterone and he proceeds to tell me it won’t kill me because it’s not diabetes , you can live with it. Why did I make an appointment and wait 2 months to see this guy, i’m not sure maybe because he’s so special , I guess that’s why . I hope he loses his child ,has ailments , low T , and they tell him deal with it you’re not going to die.

Been to other urologists before over the years. None has compared to Dr. Gans’ personality and knowledge. Additionally, because he’s with Cleveland Clinic, he has access to other doctor files, which makes it easier for him to help diagnose my problems.

I told him my prostate had already been checked and was fine. He said he needed to do it anyway. He was very rough and I told him it was hurting but he did not stop and did it more and harder. I’m saying this in case someone else has had this done to them and to warn anyone else

Very scattered in diagnosis and demeanor. Staff is not much better. After several tests, Dr. Gans diagnosed that I have a very large prostate which is potentially carrying a dangerous amount of urine. But when he tried to confirm this the Cleveland Clinic staff reminded him that the bladder scan was broken . I was asked to return another day. Do they only have one scan?!

Incopatent suprised he is with Cleveland clinic not a quality doctor. Seams lost when it comes to blather infections .

So yeah, this doctor is fired. Can he be more disinterested in helping me? What a waste of my time. Do not see this doctor. There are lot's of urologists out there. Move along, nothing to see here.

I am not pleased with Dr Gans at all, the first thing he suggests is surgery, well I had surgery as he told me it would be the best thing for me and I have had nothing but trouble since, and when you call it is always surgery, I don't want to buy him a new car or house I want to get help with him it seems like one excuse after the other, very disappointed with him and looking for another doctor Cleveland Clinic needs to do better if you ask me. it has cost me to much money to be in constant pain. Doctors are not what they use to be now it is about greed and how many people they can see in a day, I feel like I am going to a meet locker instead of a doctors office at the Cleveland Clinic

Multiple septated cysts on 1 kidney. Seemed disinterested. Medical notes are not what he discussed. Hurried. No plan going forward. Offered no plan of treatment going forward.

I went to see this doctor for erectile dysfunction and he showed absolutely no understanding of my condition. I realize that prescriptions for this drug are often abused and over-prescribed but Gans seemed to dismiss my particular issues almost immediately. He decided that since he couldn't clinically explain why I had this symptom he assumed it had to be psychological despite the extensive therapy and remediation I have already undertaken. Beware! Unless you have low testosterone or some other highly obvious physical symptom he will not take you seriously.

Took my mother to see Dr Gans he has a poor bedside manor and did not take a urine sample. my mother is now in the hospital with a bad urinary tract infection. all of this could have been avoided if he did his job. I am surprises he is part of the Cleveland Clinic.
