I had special issues that I wanted to talk about and as I was talking, my friend, sitting behind him sw he was answering emails on iPhone to some one else. Gave me a general contact and out he went. I traveled quite a distance to get there are 4 times, and same thing. He ordered the same contacts twice after I told him I the vision wasn't right. Mentioned about another refraction, and he just walked out. So unconcerned.
