I went to this doctor according to rating on the website. I can not really say anything negative about the doctor because I think he was ok. After my visit, when I had to call the office to ask a question, and talk to my doctor the staff on the phone was very very rude. When I called for my test results at the day they said it would be ready it wasn't ready and it wasn't ready the day after day and they were telling me this again very in a very "rude manner". I would never thought I would call a doctor and complain about this kind of a problem but I will because it happened each time I called them. Nobody deserve to be treated like that.

Dr. Brent Michael very caring with a compasionate heart loving and truly cares about his patients and takes the time to really answer all your medical questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

He listens, he remembers, he cares, he's fantastic. He truly takes the time to understand why you are there and how he can help. Their office is incredible and Dr. Michael can really break things down for the average person to figure out. I am sooo happy I found him!

Dr Michael is excellent! He is dedicated to giving his patients the best care possible. He also happens to have one of the nicest staffs that I have ever dealt with. The office manager was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. And most importantly, his nurse was extremely gentle and patient with me when it came to taking my blood, as I am terrified of needles. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Michael and his staff, and without hesitation refer them constantly.

This is a GREAT DOCTOR the BEST EVER!!! I'm keeping him these Doctors are hard to come by, I'm not leaving this one. Where he goes my family and friends go too!!. He is a warm, compassionate, understanding, patient, an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgable. Dr. Michael treats you as a person and not like a take out order, "NEXT". Furthermore, he personally returns all phone calls and explains everything to you. He has tremendous medical instincts and I TRUST him completely!! I recommend Dr Michael unequivocally for Family Practice.

This guy is no good, get another doctor. He is horrible with appts, and if you need a referral..forget about it. I had to call his office 4 times to finally get the referral I needed to see a dermatologist. Each experience I've had with him, he has been rude, unknowledgeable, and very unhelpful. Eff this guy, he sucks.

Difficult to make an appointment. It took a month to make an appt, but I received a cancellation call. Dr. was out of town...it would've been nice to receive a call early instead of the morning of the appt day. Upset that I took a day off from work to have a month of waiting for an appt be gone. Won't be coming back.

Dr. Michael is great! He has the best bedside manner of any GP I've ever had and makes you feel completely listened to and important. He rocks!!!

I made three appointments and all three were cancelled by his office. He has too many patients, does not have time to see the healthy ones.
