DR COOK SAVED MY LIFE BACK ON SEPT 12TH 2006 WHEN HE PERFORMED AN ANTERIOR LAMINECTOMY WITH DOUBLE FUSION OF C5 C6 C7 AND BAK CAGE.

Thank you Dr Cook for saving my life. After that fall in 2005, I couldn't move my neck or sleep and you gave me back mobility and range. Thank you.....God bless you...

I had an anterior lumbar fusion 8 years ago performed by Doctor Cook. He definitely explained all, and after years of suffering I was so happy that I took his advice and for 7 years lived pain free. Unfortunately I now am having other back issues and when I found out that the insurance I had was not accepted at his office I actually switched my insurance so he could see me. After my first success with no issues I could not trust anyone else. I would and do recommend him to anyone with back issues.

I've gone to this group years ago, however I was not impressed with Dr. Cook. I left feeling worse than when I came in because he told me there was nothing that could be done for my back problems. He told me to take "3 or 4 Tylenol or Advil." I performed the most basic of tests. I felt like he didn't want to be bothered with helping me. When I showed him my RA factor lab results, he said "Everything looks good" even though my RA factor (among other results) were in the "High" range.

Dr. cook told 2 of my elderly relatives that they needed surgery. They both got better on their own. Get a second opinion if he has told you that you need surgery.

Dr. Cook explains everything in great detail. He always shows me my xrays of my spine and will explain what is going on and will show me what he is talking about. He is never quick to jump to do surgery unless he feels it will really help or there is no other option. He uses spinal models to explain what is going on with my back. I don't trust anyone else, even those that I have seen for second opinions.

Dr. Cook is a bit arrogant. Often sends assistant in to see you, only wants to talk to you if you are interested in back surgery. Office staff is nice, practically no wait time.

HE HAS THE BEST BED SIDE MANNER. VERY CARING. I HAD BONE FUSION DONE ON MY BACK AND NERVE REPLACEMENT. AFTER 5YRS I AM 80% BETTER. HE IS THE BEST ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR AROUND. HE WAS MY DOCTOR FOR 10YRS BEFORE SURGERY. HE IS NOT KNIFE HAPPY. HE WILL NOT DO SURGERY IF NOT NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR.COOK TO ANY BODY.

He is a very good doctor. He treated me for my back after a car accident and performed spinal fusion surgery on me a year ago. He is very good doctor, caring and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have had him as my doctor.
