Dr. Hacker and her staff are the best! I would HIGHLY recommend her! She takes her time with every patient she sees and makes us feel like "family". She [and her staff] truly cares for her patients which is very rare to find in a practitioner now a days.

I love Dr. Hacker and her staff. Her "bedside manner" is the best and I never feel rushed or walk out with questions I wished I could have asked but didn't have time for. She is very through. Only down side is the wait but that is because she takes the time with all of her patients. Can't say enough good things about her and her staff.

The problem with this practice is time. You are never seen on time or can get an appt. when you need one. You can only get one a month or two in advance, not when you are really sick.

NEVER on time with their appts. ALWAYS end up sitting in the waiting room for at least 30-45 minutes past appt time. Then when brought back to examination room, most times it is a practitioner that saw me and always felt like the exam was rushed through so they could play catch up.
