We consulted with this doctor about 8 years ago to help us conceive our second child. We were able to conceive our child with some fertility help. The first comment made to me was that the reason I was no conceiving was because I was overweight. I was a little overweight but not much. He also told me that I did not have a positive attitude. He wanted me to go to both a program to help me lose weight and a counselor to help me attain a more positive attitude. We never went back to his office and consulted with another doctor and had TWINS!!

Horrible man. He doesn't want to answer questions or explain anything. I also found him very condescending.

Dr. Horvath was dismissive of us from our first meeting since we weren't immediately ready to start drugs (Clomid) and preferred to begin by investigating the cause of our infertility. At a subsequent appointment for a diagnostic ultrasound, he was condescending and downright mean, to the point of making me cry as I left the clinic. I never went back. We were very fortunate and conceived naturally, but I still find myself thinking of that experience and how terrible he made me feel at such a vulnerable time. If you are still inclined to use this practice I would strongly suggest using one of the other doctors to save yourself emotional anguish on top of what you are likely already going through.

Dr. Horvath is helpful, and smart enough to let you know when you should go someplace else. Dr. Horvath is honest and may not have all the answers, but will tell you if he does not.

This doctor has to be the BEST in his field. He specializes in infertility and really knows what he is doing. Anyone using him should be VERY hopeful because he will get the best outcome for all of his patients, achieved pregnancies.

He is a bit smug and condescending although he does know what he is talking about. Is not comfortable with emotions which is strange considering he runs an infertility clinic. Overall he is good at what he does but lacks people skills which for infertility issues can be a real drawback. Basically he seems to be the best in the area (from what I hear) but should probably brush up on his bedside manner and try to listen to his patients more. He can be dismissive of what they have to say. Overall he does provide alot of hope though.
