We have been going to Dr. Stastny for many years and would recommend him to anyone. We have not experienced any rudeness of the staff.

I have been with dr. Stastny for over 28 years and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. His knowledge level is superior to most, he listens to you and takes his time to get to know you and your body. If you have an issue going on he doesn't give up until he finds it. I have complete confidence and trust in my doctor.

Worst office visit ever I was a new patient visitng for only allergie symptoms my wife had scheduled the appt and gave a background of what I had takin in the past. Eveything was great until the nurse practitioner walked in and said her name Jamie Zurcher. She didn't say sorry for the 40 wait in the exam room then says I see your wife called I said yes she replied what does she do I told her and she replied with (your wife should have came with you if she wanted to use my license to write scipts out!) She said that me and my wife were very rude for demanding these scripts be filled I said I think you misunderstood she said no. Verbal assults and rudeness are the norm for this office I complained to the office manager Julie and she said she backed her nurse. So needless to say will never go back definitely don't recommend this office!

Dr. Stastny is a wonderful doctor and person, if you can get past the front staff. I totally agree with previous comment that his wife does not need to work there, she is difficult to get along with.

Staff was absolutely horrible, specifically Kathy. Dr. Stastny seems to be a good Doctor/Person but you can't get to him because of his staff. When I called to complain I was told there is nobody to speak to but I could make an appointment with a doctor! I called in for a refill on Thursday and did not get a refill until my 3rd request on Wednesday of the next week. I never recieved a return phone call. They also sent me out of network for a referal and didn't bother telling me, I only found out when I arrived at the referal and was then told they do not accept my insurance! Go somewhere else!

As with the other comment, he would be okay if the wife wasn't in the office. She argued with my husband because he had made an appointment with one of the physicians in his group and instead was passed off to the NP. When my husband said this wasn't okay with him she insulted my husband and stormed out of the room telling him that he would now have to wait even longer (they were already 20 mins behind and he had to wait another 30 minutes putting his total time about an hour after his scheduled appointment). They also send lab work to their preferred lab not the lab preferred by your insurance so make sure you ask to have it sent to a specific lab to avoid extra charges. To some degree this is the patients responsibility however, that is not the level of service we expect from out physician and have since left for another practice.
