Biography
Dr. Skelsey attended attended college at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, where he graduated Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa. He then attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. He obtained his ophthalmology recidency training at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He is a board certified ophthalmologist. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, American Colleged of Surgeons and Kansas City Society of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology. He is the past president of the Missouri Society of Eye Physcians and Surgeons.
