After his wonderful father passed away(who I adored) I went to Michael his son. What a disappointment as compare to his father who made one feel that he truly loved women and helping them. I couldn't put my finger on it exactly with Michael but he acted like he hated his job, as if it was an effort to help me.. Very moody. I felt very uncomfortable with him so I simply found another doctor more to my liking.

Pompous, arrogant jackass....has no bedside manner, if your in pain don't cry, he finds it offensive! Never been to a gynecologist office with no one waiting, now I know why,

I saw him for years. Planned on him delivering me until I had a really bad appointment. I think he was mad I wanted to go to a lab to have my glucose test done, they were open on Saturday to do it and I wouldn't have to take a day off from work since his office wasn't open until 10. He was set off when I asked about flying to a planned family trip and called me irresponsible. I have never been talked to like this before by a Dr. I began to cry and had to be calmed down by a nurse in the office. They apologized for him but never heard from the Dr. himself. It was sad he took out his stress on a longterm pregnant patient. I called back later that week for my records and the receptionist again apologized for the Dr. and said she expected I would't return. I was sad it ended that way. I was treated by Dr. Leibman's faterh when I moved to the area after graduate school and followed Dr. Leibman to two new offices. I am thankful for his staff to be so kind to me but a staff shouldn't have to apologize for the Dr. they work for.

I have had some complicated gynecological problems over the years, and Dr. Liebman has been my ally through it all. I asked for a tubal ligation, and it went without a hitch. Later, when I developed fibroids, he carefully went over options with me, taking a conservative approach, rather than just opting for surgery right away, and when the option that was best for me was a hysterectomy, he did the surgery and all follow up visits. Again, everything went great, and he and his staff were wonderful throughout. I appreciate that he always talks to me as an equal in the decision-making, and has a quiet sense of humor. I always feel like he cares about me and wants the best outcome in all situations. I am currently seeing him about an ovarian cyst issue, and he's been the best. I always refer people to him. I am flabbergasted to read some of these negative ratings, because that is not the Dr. Liebman I know and trust! He's aces.

He is my doctor and has been for many years. He even did surgery on me. He is intelligent and knowledgeable. He is a good guy and a great doctor. He actually really cares about his patients and thinks of them as a complete person. He is not arrogant, but sometimes I feel he could get frustrated if you don't agree with his recommendations. He is doing his job which is not an easy one. He really cares and is an excellent doctor. Isn't that what really matters?

Arrogant, a know-it-all and talks down to his patients. Didn't want me to make any decisions for my baby's birth. Speaks to you as if you were mentally deficient, very condescending. Made me so nervous to go see him, I dreaded the appointments.

Dr. Michael Leibman delivered my daughter 5 years ago. My wife had a complicated delivery and he was absolutely amazing and saved her life! He then delivered my son 3 years ago! Finally he just saw us at the hospital for our 3rd child! If she goes for number 4, you can bet that our doctor is going to be him. Thanks doctor, for my 3 amazing kids!!!

I had a HORRID experience. He wanted to induce me before my due date unnecessarily for a non-medical reason which would have upped my chances for an unplanned c-section. I stood my ground and gave birth 6 days overdue while this "Dr" gave me so much attitude. When I called him to tell him I was in labor, he hung up on me. The hospital had to re-call him and tell him to come. In the delivery room, he behaved so unprofessionaly, ranting and raving that a 9 pound baby was coming. my daughter was only 8'2. Threatened me with a c section while I was in the throes of labor because it was taking "too long." Made my labor a nightmare, saying I should be given relaxing meds since I was visibly agitated by how disgusting he was being. When I went for my post natal checkup, he remarked to the nurse within ear shot of me that I only came to get an rx for birth control. Never would use him again. Completely disrespectful and had a my way or the highway attitude.

Sterilized my wife without our being aware of it by performing a tubal ligation after a c-section. We never requested a tubal ligation. He had her sign a consent form for it in the middle of labor, as if she would actually read it.

He got upset when I told him I saw another doctor for a second opinion on a very serious surgical problem. He then asked why I did not ask him for a reference (his preferred provider) for a specific procedure I was considering. He also threatened to stop treating me, right in the middle of a very serious medical situation. He seemed to take his own sweet time to try to resolve my urgent problem - trying a variety of expensive treatments that just delayed the inevitable surgery I needed. He did not get that I had a job and was the provider for my family, and needed to fix my problem fast.
