La peor experincia que hemos tenido con un staff y doctor geriatrico. El staff nunca esta muy dispuesto a ayudar, todo lo hacen muy difícil. El doctor es muy conocedor en su área pero creído, arrogante, malcriado y siempre ocupado para ver pacientes fuera de cita en momentos de emergencia.

Dr. Urdanetta is wonderful and takes the time to talk to his patients. Unfortunately every single appointment includes a one to two hour wait time past the scheduled appointment time just to see him. His staff often forgets to do things, can be hard to understand sometimes, and continually talks at the reception desk LOUDLY in Spanish. This can be a little irritating to people in the waiting room. It just makes some people feel out of place. Dr. Urdanetta should consider his patients and schedule them further apart or have his office personnel try to keep wait periods down by scheduling patients better. No issues with Dr. Urdanetta however.

The doctor is very helpful but I feel like he does to many test.But he is very good.The office staff need to be more friendly to people.

After changing primary doctors twice in the last year, I finally found a very knowledgeable, caring and honest doctor. In my 3 visits he took a lot of time to listen to my questions and concerns, which is very important for me, I don't want to be rushed, its my health. The receptionist is not very friendly, but that shouldn't stop you to give him a try.
