Dr. Lane is the best ! His is very professonal , has a dry sense of humour which can be mistaken for rudeness. He is doing his job and is not trying to be your best friend. I'd rather have a doctor doing my surgery then my best friend. I'd go to him for all my joint issues if we didn't have to move out of the country. And he doesn't jump to invasive procedures if not needed or if there are other alternatives to try before going into the operating room, which can be considered very highly for a surgeon - surgeon usually like to do surgery...................

Super rude lady comes in, does not identify herself. Says "So what's up with your leg?" She scribbles some notes and claws at my wrist "Let me get your pulse." Then she turns and leaves, saying "The doctor will be right with you," without making eye contact. Then the doc comes in, looks at x-rays on his tablet computer, mumbles something about a prescription, then walks out. Then someone else shows me to the exit and somebody else tells me where I can pick up my prescription. I don't even know what it is!

Needs work on his bedside manner, I'd like to not be so rushed, I felt rather intimidated. Office staff is very nice, I like that a real person answers the phone.

Dr Lane is very pleasant in his demeanor. I think he knows his profession however I think he takes the road of least resistance instead of the correct procedure.
