Dr. Jarvis has been great to me and is very professional. She delivered my first baby and I'm with her for my twins. I have always been seen on time. Once she comes in the room she spends maybe 5 minutes in there, but that's for an uncomplicated pregnancy and when you don't have any questions. She has always answered my questions as best as she could. She is not rude like other have said, but rather blunt at times. Her staff is wonderful. The nurses are very caring and professional and I love them. Anytime I call with a question, they are able to return my call within the morning or afternoon that I called. Also, they have never forced me to make a payment on my OB care when I could not. I highly recommend Dr. Jarvis for OB care.

Dr Jarvis was just horrible! I was having blood pressure issues and was told since I was fine at the time of her appointments that it didn't matter, I was suffering heart palpitations and this did not concern her one bit! I had dizzy and faint spells and was told it was normal, and if it persisted to just go to the ER. Every concern I brought up I was told "well you're pregnant" Every ultrasound I had the techs told me I had a huge baby, she never seemed to get the memo, he was stuck for 4 hours and when she finally showed up at the hospital she said "the lady next door beat you, let's get this baby out!" One doctor had to push down on my stomach while Jarvis pulled, with so much force the thought she broke his collar bone! Then she had the nerve to look at me and say, "I had no idea he was going to be this big". When I didn't "thank" her for showing several hours late she got all indignant like she couldn't believe it... Never again!!

I love Dr. Jarvis. She has delivered 3 out of 4 of my kids. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She is a great doctor. She cares for you and is not afraid to tackle the hard cases. I had high blood pressure during pregnancy and she did everything possible to make sure that me and my 10 day old baby made it through safely. She tells you like it is and does not candy coat anything. Her office staff is great. The nurses are wonderful especially Felica! I tell everyone I know who is in need of her services. Being that she does deliver babies for a living, she can be a little late sometimes, but that is to be expected!

Dr. Jarvis refused to clear me for more than six weeks disability leave, even though I have to have a C-section and the standard is eight weeks recovery time. She quickly became angry and defensive when I asked her to explain this to me. She also kept interrupting me and would even hear what I had to say. Working moms, see someone else if you have to have a c-section, unless you want to get gypped out of your short term disability leave. She refuses to approve more than six weeks!

She did an amazing job on my C-section, the scar was much cleaner than my first one, it looks alot better. i am currently seeing her again for my third, i am very high risk and she and her staff have been great. my husband even likes her and he likes no doctors. Practical and to the point but also concerned and caring. new office is nice and perinatal clinic downstairs is convienent and friendly.

I switched from another obgyn to Dr. Jarvis after having a miscarriage and i was left feeling very confused about the whole situation from the day i found out i was pregnant. They were very unconcerned the whole time. Dr. Jarvis however has done nothing but make me feel extremely comfortable and informed of everything throughout my current pregnancy and the office staff let me pay my bill when i was ready rather than requiring big payments each time i came in. I have enjoyed each visit with her and her staff as a whole. I would reccomend her to my family and freinds.

Went for my initial appointment w/ the nurse and told her that w/ my past pregnancy I had high blood pressure. She said that is ok we have the perinatal center downstairs that speialize with high rish prenancies. When I got me ultrasound they told me I was high risk and couldn't see me. So when I called a high risk dr they wanted a referral from the dr. Dr Jarvis wouldn't give me a referral because she didn't see me. WTF.

Dr.Jarvis is a wonderful, kind, caring doctor. Her new office and her new staff are amazing. She sees all types of patients, and even though I was on Medicaid she treated me with respect and kindness, which is not true of all doctors. She is no-nonsense and very knowledgable, but also sweet and caring. I love Dr. Jarvis and would recommend her to everyone!
