Dr. Glade’s insistence on using Seroquel off-label for anxiety/depression has led to my development of full blown type 2 diabetes. I totally knew better than to allow myself to be experimented on in this manner, but acceded to her constant reassurances. She new that I was a borderline diabetic but encouraged me to take Seroquel anyway. Any medication that actually worked in the past is cast aside for a new regimen based on anecdotal reports and unlabeled use of pharmaceuticals with questionable and harmful results. Indifferent and sometimes abusive treatment by the office help is a free added benefit! For the love of
God, spare yourself the indignity of seeking help here and go elsewhere! Save yourself!

Dr. Glade really helped me alot when i was a young person 1993-95. She was caring toward me and was an easy person to talk to. I thought she really saw her patient and tried to find beneficial medicine for my diagnosis. The medicine she prescribed did help me and if i needed a small adjustment in dosage, she did adjust it. Thanks, Dr. Glade.

Outrageous fees, takes no insurance. She offers no therapy. She over medicates and changes meds every visit in hopes of finding the right "coacktail" without any effort to understanding your issues or body chemistry. Will shoot you down if you question the meds or your adverse reaction to them.

Dr. Susan K. Glade's response
Medication decisions are based on patient report of efficacy, side effects. I take a collaborative approach, offer options. If patient communicates discontent, best decision and best outcome more likely.

Dr Glade prescribed multiple drugs for off-label purposes which caused serious side effects. After calling the office to report the side effects as Dr Glade instructed I was told that she could no longer see me. Dr Glade was uninformed about all drugs which had previously helped my condition and the office staff was dishonest about contacting me prior to the scheduled appointment

Dr. Susan K. Glade's response
Sometimes a psychiatrist prescribes off-label. Of course, any medication can cause side effects, and patient and physician must monitor. I was not informed of the above situation and do not know of any reason why I would no longer see the patient.
I apologize for staff problem.
