The PA's are arrogant and need to get some empathy!

Dr Madden himself is OUTSTANDING!!! He has been my ortho dr for 10+ years and has performed many different surgeries on me. His beside manner is top notch! His humor in the office and before surgeries is comforting. The office staff could be better! When you call with a question or concern, it normally takes a long time (days even) for a return call. The doctor does not call you, a PA calls you back and some of them (well one female S.H.) is just down right rude! She cuts you off and then gives her own opinion without ever talking to the doctor. When I asked her to ask Dr Madden she said she didn't need to and what she says is final. So I'm giving all 5 stars to Dr Madden!! The office staff would get a lot lower.

Dr Madden was absolutely amazing. He was thorough and his staff was quite helpful with my recovery from bi-lateral knee replacement.

Great doctor. He is very knowledgable and has a great bed-side manner. He operated on my husband and we were both pleased so when I was having back pain, I knew that I would use his services.

Dr. Madden is an exceptional surgeon. He cut me up twice now. He handled a total right hip replacement in 2006 and within 4 months, I was back playing tennis. In March 2014, he repaired a rotator cuff injury to my left shoulder that I sustained when I fell on the ice in January 2014. The most recent surgery went very well. Eight weeks after the surgery and physical therapy, I am back playing tennis at a 4.0 level. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Madden for his skills, his devotion to his patient and to his wonderful personality. For example, after my hip surgery, he came into my room and told me that he signed me up for "special Olympics" so I better go home and start practicing. That put a big smile on my face. What a great guy he is.

The office is very clean and staff seems friendly. Sadly, they tell you they will call you back but never do. He says he will get back to you as soon as you get the MRI but you don't hear back for over a week. After calling and calling with no response he decides to send you to another doctor without even giving you any information on the extent of your injury or treatment ideas. They are very unprofessional. You should find another doctor rather than wasting your time, money and injuring yourself further waiting for a response from this office.

4 visits, ACL tear/ Meniscus tear Dr. Madden diagnosed it immediately. Took care of it, repaired it, and above else answered ALL my questions. HE HAS GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS! VERY PERSONABLE! I recommend him...
