Staff is wonderful. Dr. extremely rude. Went for a second opinion. Dr. wouldn't listen to me. Didn't ask why I was there nor address my primary concern (since he never bothered to ask). Horrible, aggressive, hostile "bedside" manner. Seemed to blame me for the condition of my eyes and somehow failing my "responsibility" as a patient. I guess as long as Medicare keeps paying this guy will stay open, but I wouldn't send anyone to him ever. I rated knowledge as poor because we had no interaction that was helpful to me.

Recommended to him for more detailed eye exam by my regular doctor. He found something that he told me needed more attention. He told me I needed to see an artery surgeon and made the appointment for me- and THEN called to make sure it was kept and even called the surgeon to move up my appointment. Saved my life. I had total cartoid artery blockage on the right side and over 90% on the left side. I didn't have much time left- so, a great big heartfelt thanks to Dr. Rachal.
