I just recently moved to the area and chose Dr. Phillips, she was great although her staff is horrible! !! I called the office twice and both times I spoke with different women. Both equally as rude! They made it seem as though I was bothering them as well as being extremely impatient. I will not be returning to her office. Way to go with the patient care ladies!!!!

I have been seen Cat for over 15 yrs, I find her as an excellent doctor, always reliable, she help me and answer any question I may have, I really loved her, the staff is very nice and helpful, they are punctual and polite, they don't make wait for a long time, I am very happy with all, specially CAT.

I have been going to Dr. Phillips for over 5 years. I actually look forward to my appointments. She listens to my concerns and is so patient. I come to my appointments thinking I know what is wrong with me, and I'm always wrong. Dr. Phillips pinpoints what it is right away, and I'm as good as new! I get my refills in a reasonable amount of time. And I have never had problems getting an appointment when I need it. I have been able to see Dr. Phillips the same day when I have called in with a problem. Being healthy is important to me, and I know Dr. Phillips has the same goals of having a healthy lifestyle. I definately recommend her.

Cat is an amazing Dr. she cares she listens. Cat has a great bedside manor. She has great advice when I ask her things. I am so glad I meet her she is such a great Dr.

I chose this Dr. based on the reviews; however, I'm beginning to think she had her staff write them. Just moved here from MO and I'm used to having a NP who is VERY thorough and caring... who does EVERY test possible before passing me on to a specialist. I did not get that from Phillips! She never took one test and just passed me off onto other doctors, all of whom were surprised when they asked if she took any tests and I said no. She seemed lazy and unconcerned, so I'm going elsewhere.

I have been going to see Catherine Phillips for many years. She has been an exceptional Doctor and has always been very responsive, not only during the office visit, but also to phone calls or emails. During physical examinations and routine medical appointments, she is very thorough and takes whatever time is needed. Being female, it has been nice for me to have a female Physician whom I trust and feel very comfortable in going to see.

I have been a patient of Catherine Phillips for the past 12-15 years now, and wanted to post on this site to tell everyone how very pleased I am to have her as my Primary Care Physician! We have weathered many storms together, whether it be an illness, or dealing with ever changing insurance companies, and their policies and procedures. Dr. Phillips listens to you..then together you develop a plan of action to effect a positive solution. She even calls you if there are any discrepancies on your lab work! I have SCAN for insurance..which she accepts. It is not listed on this site. SCAN is a Medicare Advantage plan. She plays an active part in the relationship between Doctor and Patient! I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for a Doctor who truly gets involved in your life...! I not only consider her my Primary Care Physician, but after all theses years... a very dear friend!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Phillips and her staff! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she also has a wonderful personality which makes going to the Dr. very easy! :) My Husband is about to switch to her since his physician recently retired.
