My mother has had a terrible experience with Dr. Lawrence throughout the past couple of years. It's difficult to get a visit with Dr. Lawrence herself, even when specifically requested. Once we scheduled an appointment with the dr. several months out, then called the week before to verify that it was with the actual dr. and not a nurse practitioner, and then at the actual appointment -- big surprise -- my mother couldn't see Dr. Lawrence herself. Several members of the office staff are rude, unprofessional and even downright mean. One of the nurses yelled at my mother (who is elderly) and made her cry. Dr. Lawrence isn't that great either -- she rushes through and doesn't listen to the patient. It's a shame that she's the only endocrinologist in town. We're going to make the drive to Tallahassee or elsewhere from now on instead of returning to Dr. Lawrence's office ever again.

You have to be consistant with this Dr. She started out being a good Dr but then she got to where she didn't care.....her nurses will not call you back and they take forever to call in a prescription

Excellent physician. agree phone system has been difficult. Nurse, receptionist and staff are wonderful. They try to overcome the issues mentioned above. Great with call backs.

Dr. Ok, Office staff does not follow through with directions, nor return phone calls. Real poor office staff management. Need new office manager.
