Dr. Keenan answered all my questions and really took the time to get to know my history. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable.

I agree that Dr. Keenan is excellent in the knowledge department, but his bedside manor does leave a bit to be desired. I found him difficult to ask questions to.

I feel that Dr. Keenan has not supported me emotionally through a very difficult time. I appreciate his knowledge but would welcome his emotional support as well.
