Dr. Crum is very friendly and informative. He is very efficient and always on time. If he does not know the answer, he always makes appointments for my specialists. His bed side manner is fantastic. Dr. Crum has personally called me back with test results. He spends 30-45 minutes with me every time I go to see him.

Dr. Crum is a nice person and an only average doctor. Caring but not very knowledgeable or helpful. Usually does not spend much time with you. Good luck even getting an appointment with him though, without waiting a week. Nurses and aides are extremely nice. Office staff is very rude and unpleasant. Phone calls and test results are not returned promptly if at all.

He is a very caring doctor who actually comes to see my father at his home.He is in the last stages of FTD. Hats off to you Dr. Crum.

Very unknowledgeable. Doesn't care about patients. Doesn't return calls or refill rx unles you call 3 or 4 times. RUDE
