She is the coldest rudest person I ever met. She doesn't listen to a thing you say she talks too fast and always wants you to go to a specialist for no reason at all. You always have to come in to get your mess refilled. All she wants is your money. She also sent one of my family members to the hospital because she refused to listen and gave them the wrong message. We are going to sue. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Awful awful awful. Dr. Hall is rude and doesn't spend any time with patients. Will only fill medications for one month at a time and only with an office visit. No refills no matter what the medication. Ridiculous. Who can afford to take a day off work once a month for their blood pressure or diabetes meds?Always have to come in to review blood work. Even if it's normal. Don't even bother wasting your time seeing her.

I was gonna be a new patient but they didn't tell me the correct address or the correct time they never got a phone call nothing.... the receptionist sucks 100%.... I've never met the doctor but the staff sucks... I recommend never going to this practice ever again!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I have never in my life met so many miserable and unhappy women in one place until I entered this doctors office. I feel so sorry for anyone who goes to this doctor. She was rude and gave me only 5 minutes of her time after I had waited 1 1/2 hrs, not to mention I was a new patient. Wow if first impressions could kill... The "ladies" at the front desk, if you can call them that, we're so crude and horrible to the patients. These women obviously forgot why they joined the medical field. Just quite ladies, your terrible at your job!!!!

As I sat in waiting area, observed staff rude to patients in person and on phone. Even overheard 2 calls requesting records. I should have left then. The front desk lady entered in my health history answers, more on that later.I went in because my foot suddenly became numb. I am new to CO and could get in soon (2 weeks from initial call). The nurse measured height, weight, blood pressure, and asked why I was there. I answered sensory abnormalities. The doctor blew in and read the history notes entered in earlier. 50% of info was entered incorrectly. She then listened to heart/lungs and looked in my throat. Never did a basic neuro exam or even look at my foot. She said she would order thyroid labs and come back next week to review. I left without scheduling the follow up, instead to search for a competent physician. I will report this to United Healthcare in hopes they pull and sample her charts and find she is upcoding for visits.

Worst experience ever! Staff and doctor were rude. The doctor was rushed and gave me a measly 10 minutes of her time which was interrupted twice by staff coming in and out of the exam room. Pissed!!!!!!! Do NOT go here!

i went in to a routine physical, and the dr sent me to an out of network clinic for blood work. She told me it was covered and in network and i got stuck with a $600 bill for my FREE anual check up.
