Contrary to some of the other reports, I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Napoletano. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of his for 10 years, and he is the best general practitioner I have ever visited.

Dr. Napoletano has been my physican for a few years. I have always found him easy to talk to, helpful and interested in what I am telling him. He explains everything carefully, making sure I undstand everything.

I thought Dr Napoletano was great. He took his time and didn't rush me at all. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them. Contrary to the previous posts, I thought he was very accurate and informative.

Really bad experience. First of all : he is not helpfull, not even friendly, too rude, always keeping and eye on his clock (10 minutes and it is over) even if he is the one who is late. We decide not to see him again.

Never on time, not accurate, not friendly. Bad service and advice. Bad experience all the time so we change doctor.
