If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. I made an appointment about 3 weeks prior to going to the visit. I scheduled the visit for a particular day and time around my work schedule. I had the girl repeat the time and date when making the appointment to make sure I had the right information. Come the day of the appointment, I called in the morning to make sure that my appointment was that day and time. I was put on hold multiple times and Crystal (an office worker) told me yes it was today. I drove 40 minutes to the appointment for the girl to tell me that I scheduled my appointment for the following week, a different day and a different time than I had scheduled in my phone.

There's no way I got all of that wrong and she even confirmed it on the phone that exact morning. On top of that everyone in the office was very rude, basically telling me that I didn't schedule my appointment for that day or time and that there was no one available to see me. I apparently just made up my own appointment day and time and went out of my way to drive 40 minutes to an office just because I had nothing better to do with my time. Absolutely DISAPPOINTED in this front desk staff, not even worth trying to make another appointment. Can't even speak for the doctors but this front desk staff made it very clear that it's not even worth trying to deal with going there.

I have been seeing this doctor for about 6 years and don't feel he explains anything to me I feel in the dark when he goes over my blood work I have no clue what the results mean except your ok, his the nurse is the worst I ever encountered massive problems getting my medications ordered and is always blaming the pharmacy when it is their fault, very cold staff and doctor, save yourself a lot of headaches and find a good doctor and staff don't go here its terrible, I should have looked for another doctor after the first visit

dr. chan extortionist ..my insulin is being held hostage from me again from the offices of dr. mario chan, went in today said they wouldn't take my blood or give me insulin because my bill was in collection, i am on medicare and medicaid and according to mario chan i am an insulin dependent diabetic, this is my diagnosis from him...this jerk needs to be called out and sued.

I had to wait hour and half to have my pregnant wife take a look at. The doctor was as good as webmd online.
