I can’t say enough about Dr. Salmieri & his team! He really knows what he’s doing and genuinely made me feel loved & like he was going to take care of me (which he did). I had a myomectomy performed by him on 7/26/23. His team was so kind! Sheena in the front office was amazing! As well as Dr. Kim Sue! Nurse Melissa was beyond helpful. She answered every question so patiently and quickly, before and after my surgery. They are so caring, it really shows. You feel like a part of the family! My scar looks amazing! My surgery went off without a hitch & my healing has been quick. If you are thinking about using this office, do yourself a favor and DO IT!! Thank you so much 1000 times guys! You’re my gift from God!

If I could leave negative stars I would. First few visits were great…went downhill after surgery. Long waits, canceled appointments, rude front staff, and unanswered messages. Was supposed to go for 3 month follow up for cancer today they canceled my appointment. Said the earliest I’d be rescheduled would be December but that it might be later. I asked for my blood work results was given a paper with numbers on it. I said I didn’t know what this all means…. She said it’s normal or someone would have talked to you about it. I didn’t go thru 2 surgeries and 3 months of chemo to know be treated that an inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone else!

I have found Dr. Salmieri to be a caring, genial, and extremely knowledgeable doctor. Yes, you may have to wait a while to be seen, but the reason for that is he takes his time with each patient. Many of the women being seen here have serious illness and Dr. Salmieri explains what is happening, performs exams, and answers all of your questions.I’ve never felt rushed and always have felt heard and cared for. Dr. Salmieri is a gifted surgeon and an outstanding person.

Dr Salameiri he’s a great surgeon and appears to be very caring. He took my ovaries out and I’ve been healing well. He reassured my husband after the surgery that he did not believe I had cancer. I had my surgery in Forsyth and the staff there was great. They were very late getting started but everything went well so I won’t complain. The issue that I have is with his lawrenceville staff. From the front door to the nurse Practitioner That saw me on my first visit, everyone is so low class. The staff act like they work in a club instead of a doctors office. The so-called manager has a voicemail directing people not to leave a message and call the front staff and have them sent her an email. Such a Flawed practice. What if your problem is with the front staff and you want to complain about them. So this is a woman who has no genuine concern for making Dr Salameiri‘s business better. I know he’s nice and he particularly hires an all African-American staff and has a lot of African-American patients and he tries to be likable by everyone and relate to everyone, but he needs to teach them how to act professionally and demonstrate customer service. Number one, He can afford a doorbell. He can even get one with a camera. I don’t make what he makes and I have one. Number two, cover the doorbell up if you’re not going to fix it. Don’t give patients the impression that they can ring this bell to no avail. A woman who thought she was vice president of America came to the door tapping on the sign and showing me that the bell doesn’t work. It ended with me being frustrated for waiting outside for 10 minutes and hopping in my car and taking off without being seen. No apologies for not answering the door for 10 minutes and not revising their policies for Covid screening. Just a lot of authority that she thought she could push around. Not with me honey. She had the wrong person today. I’m going to make sure that everyone I know and everyone I see understands that Dr Salameiri comes with a price. The price is lose your dignity and your self respect because his staff doesn’t give a darn about you And they think they have his full support to be abrasive with his patients.

What Dr. Salmieri has done to my sister is unacceptable. His license should be revoked. She is now fighting for her life with a new doctor. She got so much worse in a matter of months in his care. Salmieri didn't know she finished radiation because he asked how how radiation was going and she had finished weeks earlier. He is greedy and careless. She always wait at least 2 hours as if her time doesn't matter. We had to wait for him all the time. He promised our family that he would take care of her but he lied. He uses she was in bad shape when she came to me as a cop out for not doing his job.

He is the worst doctor my family has ever experienced. My sister was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer, but since under his care she has gotten extremely worse to the point where she is now hospitalized. We have since changed her doctor and based on what Salmieri didn't do, my sister is now at death's door. He is the epitome of a money hungry narcissistic individual that takes pride over his appearance than he does his patients that wait hours to see him and need treatment. He has shown up to the hospital late while she was awaiting surgery. He never provided her with the necessary Pet Scans that was needed to show her progress on her Chemotherapy treatments. He denied her immune shots to boost her overall health when her white blood count was low. He always told her "well your were in bad shape when you came to me" instead of saying I'm going to do all I can to help you get better. Yet he gave her a number to a Hospice Nurse instead of doing his due diligence to get her well. I would NEVER reccomend him to anyone or my worst enemy. If you want to live and have another chance at life, I would suggest you seek healthcare elsewhere.

He is a good doctor, he knows and he runs his office the way he likes it. You do have to wait hours just to see him, there are many elderly people that have appointments,,the office is packed everyday. It's tiring. He does a good job on his surgery mine was really good. I love Gwinnett hospital in Duluth, beautiful rooms and care is excellent. It is newer and smaller. Great place. Just be aware you do have to wait and staff doesn't care. You can reschedule if you do not like it and the doctor will apologize a lot when he sees you, but really he knows what's going on cause he allows it to happen. So if you are in a hurry, you better plan a day off, cause you will have to wait hours to see him. I won't come back ever. My surgery was all I needed, and some of his assistants are not very friendly, they turn me off, never smiling. And if you want a surgery you will have to wait a long time cause he is booked for months. I have Medicare and there aren't that many gynecologist in network in lawrenceville ga. So I really didn't have that much of a choice, and I needed a surgeon. He did the job, but what I had to go through just to get it done, I do not want to do that again. Don't expect to much, and be patient. They have coffee machine and tv there, bring snacks and a pillow.

Just did my hysterectomy. Dawn the surgical coordinator handle all my preparation so smoothly and Ina the nurse did also. They were both great. Dr S is a really good doctor and surgeon, the Gwinnett hospital in Duluth is excellent. Beautiful rooms and nurses were great. Nice experience. The procedure he did on me didn't cause severe pain. I am sore but am able to move around. It was a nice experience, and yes I have to wait over an to see him. But he's worth it.
