Dr. Prestegaard is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He listens carefully, and explains all applicable issues thoroughly. He practices at Ulrich Professional Group, a Robinson Memorial Affiliate in Kent, Ohio. His medical assistant Amanda is also a very knowledgeable, caring, and personable young lady. I have been a patient at Ulrich Professional Group since 1990 and my evaluation of Dr. Prestegaard is based on my extensive experience with the said group. If one is looking for a caring family physician who also has caring medical assistants I recommend Dr Prestegaard. One last issue is patients are greeted by very caring office staff with their usual wonderful smiles, and that I have never waited longer than a few minutes to be seen by Dr. Prestegaard.
