Went to see Dr. Lurie after a bad experience with Dr. Prinz both of whom reside at Rush. Dr. Lurie dismissed my claims because he felt that once again, my sickness was all in my mind and nothing was going on with me even though I was having panic attacks for no reason, extreme fatigue and had been diagnosed with Hashimotos. He refused to treat me or at least try to find out why I was feeling extremely sick. Once again, he sent some woman in to talk to me about my symptoms, and they thought it was all in my mind. I currently see Dr. Edward Paloyan who doesn't think it is all in my mind. He knows I have Hashimoto's, my thyroid is so slow I'm having all sorts of trouble but he is trying to do something about it. I don't recommend Dr. Lurie to anyone.
