We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Lin's practice. I think you need to have actually gone through an IVF cycle there to know what it's like. We had failed at a different center and never even made it to embryo transfer! We not only made it to transfer with Dr. Lin, but I am now 12 weeks pregnant! Dr. Lin was very passionate at our consultation as well, but we liked it because we feel the same way about our previous failed cycles (Frustrated!!). Plus, they gave us a good discount because my husband is a teacher, and the manager helped us save (a sizable amount of) money on fertility medication, which helped a lot. We would recommend him to friends and family.

I second that. I did not feel the warm and fuzzy from Dr.Lin. You would think someone in this kind of profession would have more compassion. Definitely, over confident and I feel like he was more a sales person. If you are looking for donor eggs, this may be a place for you.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Dr. Lin's clinic. We feel we received excellent care. He and his staff were always available to us. Dr. Lin always returned our calls himself and always kept us updated on our progress. My cycle went very smoothly. I wish we had found Dr. Lin earlier! We had failed a cycle at another clinic--we left that clinic because we felt we needed better, more personalized care. That is exactly what we found with Dr. Lin and his staff.

Failed IVF, facility does not implant. Very professional, but only 1-2 nurses and fortunately the Dr. remembered how to be emotional and empathic.

The first fertility doctor's office I went to, I saw the doctor for five minutes. I have failed multiple IVF tries somewhere else, and did not know any better because my primary doctor told me to go there! Don't BLINDLY trust your primary doctor - they don't necessarily know! Compare for yourself! I wish I had known better! Dr. Lin's practice was the best. Dr. Lin's staff was always smily, they were very patient, they listened to me go on and on about my infertility rap sheet. When I freaked out about some bleeding, I called Dr. Lin directly on his cell phone! The staff seemed very busy but I didn't have to wait long for each visit. Overall I felt they were very organized, and genuinely CARED about getting me pregnant. They even offered me a refund plan as a choice. I didn't get a refund tho because I got pregnant!!! (even if I didn't, I would still recommend them.)

Our friends highly recommended Dr lin to us because they were his patients, and they compared quite a few doctors over the years. We thought we would be disappointed because usually if you expect a lot, you end up being disappointed. However, we were actually still impressed. We really liked the staff because they were always good listeners, and they were very supportive. Whenever we called the office, we ALWAYS got a hold of someone, and it never went to voicemail. We thought that was such great patient service. Dr Lin gave us our chances and choices, and explained everything in detail. He was always very calm and very hopeful. The office seemed very busy, but he spent a lot of time with us. The end result: We got pregnant! I hope this feedback is helpful for those of you looking for a great fertility doctor. It's now our turn to pass it on.

Dr. Lin is very patient and knowledgeable. His staff are very nice, too. I saw him for infertility and got good advice. Now I am pregnant for 8 months.
