Dr Ball is such an amazing surgeon! His office staff is so nice and helpful. His Nurse Practitioner is so sweet and knowledgeable. Michelle ,Erica and Sierra work front desk and they always help me and always have a smile on their faces. Dr Ball knows what he is doing and I am lucky to have him as a doctor.

He is not a board certified orthopedic or neuro surgeon! Why would you let him operate on your spine?!

I broke my back in 2001. My wife works for a doctor and she researched and found Dr. Ball. I appreciate his knowledge, compassion and great bedside manner. I've now had 2 surgeries performed by him. The first was to place the titanium rods and screws, about a year later I had all the hardware removed. I went back to work at my usual job and have become just as active as I was prior to my injury. I would recommend him to anyone who wants only the best!

I had surgery in Jan 2001 on my lower back at L4-L5-S1 and had hardware put in ,Dr. Ball did an excellent job and it is now 11 years later and I am still up and moving with very minimum pain and able to do just about everything I used to do pre-surgery...

While I did like DR. BALL as a surgeon, I did have a very negative experience w/my first surgery, ended up in ICU on a breathing tube; but I was informed that it was a problem w/the anesthesiologist and I do have more surgery to have w/my cervical spine so I was since I did like DR. BALL I did decide to stay with the office. BUT BIG MISTAKE the office staff is rude, not helpful and it takes over a week for perscription refills. His Physican's assistant is very rude and condescending and is at best agrumentative. Though I do, as stated like DR BALL, I feel that the office staff is an important part of your expereince with your DR, so I am seriously considering leaving and taking my business elsewhere, though I don't think this would matter to them, they do not care about the need of their patient.

Dr. Ball did an excellent job on the surgery with the disk replacement, but his bedside manner in the office leaves me concerned. I take my husband with me to my followup dr. appt with him because he doesn't relate to women well at all, but if I take my husband, he will talk directly to him in regards to the plan for me. Also, his staff is absolutely horrible. They make sooo many errors in regards to my billing, and they do not followup with phone calls, it takes weeks to get a prescription refilled, etc. They office staff is the pitts. After 17 years of being in the banking industry, in which 10 of them I was a VP in the Investment Dept, I pride myself on excellent customer service, and I expect excellent customer service.

I suffered for 9 years with back Pain. 2 prior failed surgeries. Living off opiates for years. DR. Ball fixed my back, no more pain, no more opiates. Dr. Ball is a truly gifted surgeon.

Dr. Ball is a gifted surgeon. If you need surgery and are looking for a good outcome, then Dr. Ball is an excellent choice. He did a three level fusion of my spine that went well and saved the use of my legs. I recommend him without reservation.
