Wait 45 minutes every time for appt. frustrating!

I have seen Dr Kasem 3 times and every time she is either running later spends little to no time with me. She has a bad habit of ordering all kinds of lab work every time I see her, among other tests. Talk about ripping the system off! She must be getting a kickback! I will never, ever, ever see her again! She is a poor excuse for a doctor.

Antiquated practice and antiquated doctor. These Drs. should not be allowed to practice in this century. Incompetent and careless that describe her office pretty well. Stay away from it.

I recently suffered a back injury and have been having some endocrine and cardiac issues. When I followed up with Dr. Kasem after being in the ER a few days prior, she wasn't very concerned or compassionate. She only gave me one week off for my injury and had her assistant call me with my X-Ray results. She appears apathetic and so does her office staff. Her evaluation and assessment of my back injury was extremely brief. I am going to find another doctor as soon as possible. I am in the medical field and would never treat patients with this little compassion. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

She is very knowledgeable. She is very sweet and friendly. She will diagnose you based on your answers and the test results. I recommend before you meet her is to be prepared with a list of things you are having problem with and not a list of commands. She cares for her patient, but Just let her do her Job as a doctor and you will happy in the end.

I was a first time patient with Dr. Kasem and she spent only 5 minutes with me. The moment she came in she was already trying to get out the door as quickly as she could. I had to pretty much interrupt her in order to let her know what I needed from her. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kasem is a very good Dr. and my experience has been very positive. She was able to diagnose an illness other Dr.'s had not. She is a caring Dr. and someone I would recommend highly.

I agree with the other comments made by the previous poster. Dr. Kasem is a great pill pusher, you ask and you shall receive. She is always in a rush and always running late. Don't expect to spend more than a few minutes with her.
