1 of the doctors staff took it upon them self to send a social worker to see my mother,and put my family on a watch list.now when ambulance is called so are the cops,the last time i went to get my mother her purse a cop grabbed me and said he would get it..my mother talks a little dumb sometimes but she is from a different generation..She has never been hit or abused in any way..I had to quit working to look after her a few years back when she had a heart attack..The social worker they sent told my mom she wasn't there to hear a sob story,i have never seen my mother hurt so much ,she cried for hours after she left.she more or less told my mom she was nuts .she then walked over to my sister's house and told her if we did not get help for my mom charges would be filed against the family.How can someone from a social service talk to and yell at someone old like that..i would not go here with a cold.....off to find the social worker's employer..

This guy has been our family doctor since I was a child. I stopped seeing him after high school because he was a waste of time. He could never fix me, and my doctor at college finally did. I also believe that this guy played a big part in my fathers death. He did not believe atrial fibrillation was a big deal and he just let it go. Guess what, my dad died from that at a young age... way too early and it could have been prevented! I would not trust this guy with anything and would never suggest him as a quality doctor.

Dr. Grabenstetter has been my family doctor for years, from the time I was a baby and I have always disliked his services. I used a differnt doctor while away at college and will be finding a new one now that I am back home. You wait forever in the waiting room unless you are the first one of the day, and then you wait in the exam rooms. He listens to what you tell him but then gives non-answers to what ever you talked to him about. It is very frustrating. As a child I had this cough that would last for months at a time and he recently told me that it could be caused by alergies. he was right but it took him nearly 15 years to come to that conclusion. most of my family that used to go to him has left him in favor of other doctors.

Dr. Grabenstetter has been my family doctor for years and years. I would not ever consider changing to another doctor. He is always, kind, considerate, and LISTENS to what I have to say. And no matter who is there to be seen, he always asks about the rest of the family. They don't make them like this anymore! His office staff is kind and helpful too.
