The initial visit I had with Dr Diaz was fine. He saw my children and seemed to be pretty very nice. I then saw him for myself and when I attempted to call his office after my visit to get a question answered, no returned call. This went on for 4 attempts. I then made an appt again and got my question answered. A few months later I made another visit and was prescribed an antibiotic. I attempted to call about this as I was unsure about the doseage. After about 5 calls I was finally told, that Dr. Diaz does not run a free clinic and that I'd have to make an appt if I wanted my question answered. Well I changed dr's

I have seen Dr. Diaz for 11 yrs now and although there can be waits - it is because he gives personal care and doesn't rush the patient. I am very happy with him and I think his staff is great - especially Erin.

I drive a very long distance to see him because I trust him with my health. My side of town is sorta crappy and so are the doctors. Plus, Dr. Diaz has Saturday appointments!! Yeah!!!! And you usually don't need an appointment for Saturday. Call them just to check though cause sometimes they do book up. The desk girl can be a little dreary at times but hey, aren't we all every now and then. His nurse or tech, (whatever), was all smiles and cheery. He tries to keep his patients healthy to avoid damaging their bodies. Once you damage or cause damage by failing to go by his orders, you will be forced to take meds to control the damage to stay alive longer. (think of heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.) I just love him. Will never change. I drive an hour just to see him. Trust me. He's the best.

I've known him for more than 10 yrs. I agree with most of the comments about the long wait and the short time the doctor spent with the patient, besides the little explanation about your health condition or medications he was prescribing. It made him look as he wasn't interested in you as a human being but as a source of money to him. Nowadays though, I do have to say he seems to have changed. Several friends of mine went to see him at his new office and were very satisfied with the service. I went myself and I could see it was true. He spent a lot of time with me, talked to me about my health, my medications, and even gave me advice and printed material to improve my health. In general, he was very talkative. It makes me happy and I hope he doesn't change again to bad, because he is a nice person. The wait has improved a lot, too, and his staff is very nice. Good luck Dr. Diaz at your new office!

Very rude Doctor. Makes you wait more than 30 minutes in the room. No apologies. When I asked questions about my medication he told me that he couldn't waste all that time going to details because he had to pay the office bills.

The staff is the rudest part of your visit. Then the waiting is next in line. You wait outside for 30 min then wait in the room for 20 more. The doctor comes in for 5 minutes and then your done! Not worth seeing!

Never did see him, they did apologize and they ask me if I wanted to continue waiting longer or leave. I left and they returned my co-pay.

I was in a lot of pain and he handed me a pamphlet of neck exercises. Later, I ended up going to the emergency room where they sent me for an MRI, a neurosurgeon took over my care and I got the help I needed.
