Dr. Benezette is a great and compassionate doctor. He caught issues in my scans that were missed by the emergency room after my accident. Highly recommend.

Dr. B is one of the good guys. He takes time to talk with the patient, has a warm and caring attitude and is always professional. 5 Stars! The front desk is rude and made me feel as though I was imposing on her. And YES, there is a double standard when it comes to being late for an appt. I drive quite a distance to the Daytona office along I-4. When I ran into stopped traffic I phoned the office to let them know I would be about 10 min late. Of course I was only able to reach their answering machine because they do NOT answer the phone. Whether it's because they don't employ enough staff or because someone decided it is not cost effective to speak to patients, I don't know. But I have NEVER had anyone answer the phone when I called there. But after leaving a message that I would probably be 10 mins late I arrived 8 mins late. I had to reschedule, no matter if I left a message. But I have never been seen by the doctor in less than 15 min. past my appt time, usually 20 mins.

Dr. B. is great. Office staff is terrible. Can not get anyone to answer phone. They are rude, uncaring and should let someone who wants to work and needs a job do their jobs for them. Its a shame they hurt his reputation. I hage seen many people walk away angry because of a lateness policy while others wait to be seen long times. Double standard? Late one minute and lose your appointment? Sometimes people come long distances or get caught in traffic. Dr. B. and his PA are top notch and very perceptive and well informed if you over look the problem with trying to reach the office and the rude front desk staff. Also the turn over is high. It seems as though from staff comments and low morale the head doctor doesn't practice, but manages the offices and doesn't pay well enough to keep the excellent doctors and other workers many of whom travel. Some have been GREAT but were burned out and beat down by this person.

Did not return phone calls left with his nurse. Was told by staff that PA could answer my questions, he could not. PA gave incorrect diagnosis. I am a retired nurse, my observations are valid.

Dr Benezette is a terrific Doctor. He was very helpful with helping me understand my MS and was very understanding when i had so many questions. He always takes time out to answer all my questions i have never had a Dr sit with me for an hour talking to me and examing me every visit. since i was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2003. He's always made me feel like a person not a nut who is sick. He's so Nice even when I'm crying because i am in so much pain u can see it in his eyes how much he cares for all my pain and how scared i am with this MS. Dr. Benezette is what all drs should be looking out for there patients and NOT the almighty dollar! He even took time out to help with paperwork to get me on S.S Dis. and got upset when they turned me down and he wrote more letters.God Bless Dr Ben and his family for giving him up to listen to his patients when he is home with them.He is always looking for new meds for my MS he is just wonderful!!!

Dr B is a godsend. I've been his patient for over 10yrs and he's the one who listens and attempts to treat my epilepsy the best he can. He cares and is current with information. He returns phone calls after hours. His nurse is great. The phone automated service is lacking and unreliable. He was extremely helpful and supportive when I discussed my desire to have children. He researched specific medicines for me to take,to make sure they would not affect the fetus. Whatever paperwork I've needed he's given and whatever paperwork I've needed HIM to fill out he's done so without hesistation. When I've been in a bind financially he's worked with me as well. I'd say the only thing he doesn't do is make house calls. His staff sometimes is unwilling to call him or go the extra step to make sure a patient is taken care of...but that is the nature of office staff. I highly recommend him.

After a long search and many problems I found this wonderful neurologist in the Daytona Area.He is kind, caring, competent and thorough. He will take on a challenge and really investigate. I wouldn't consider going any where else having been to several others in the area. A big thumbs up to Dr. Benezette
