If this is the same Dr. Huang who once practiced in Youngstown, Ohio, he is the best. He was my doctor for almost 30 years. I had breast cancer 18 years ago and it was Dr. Huang who was my confidant and helped me with all my decisions. I will never forget all he did and cannot thank him enough.
