I picked Dr McGowen because her office was close to my house. The Dr office staff was friendly and the nurse was able to convey the reason for my visit to the Dr before she came in to see me. Fr McGowen is very professional but also caring at the same time. Each time that I have visted her she expressed her concern and to make sure that I follow up with my visits. She was confident when answering my questions and that makes me feel great!

This is my first initial visit with Dr. Jennifer McGowen. My first impression of the office and staff was very impressive. The staff there are very friendly and efficient. I was surprise my wait time was very short, maybe less than 5 minutes. This is always a positive surprise as my previous doctor appointments usually 30minutes - 1 hr wait time. The nurse, Michelle took my vital. She was also very nice and knowledgeable as well. She explained the procedures to me and answered my questions. Then shortly after, Dr. McGowen came in. It was such pleasure meeting Dr. McGowen. She is thorough with her exam. She explained the procedure and she took her time to make sure all questions were answered. I felt very comfortable with her as my new primary doctor. She make sure that I received the best healthcare service. I would highly recommend her. The only "con" about this is she only makes schedule 2 weeks out and she's only in the office M-TH, but getting an appointment with her is hassle free!

This doctor is very caring and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she listens to me which seems to be rare these days. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and trust her completely with all aspects of my and my family's health. The office staff is knowledgeable and efficient, despite their sometimes aloof demeanor. The nursing staff is caring, efficient, and knowledgeable, always greeting patients with a smile and a friendly "how are you today?." Appointments are same-day, so it is always easy to get an appointment when needed. Wait time is just a few minutes after checking in...never more than 5-6.
