My health issues are always well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in Dr. Liu. Her staff is friendly and making appointments is quick and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Liu.

Both my wife and I used to share my medical insurance from work which allows us to each have a free annual exam. For billing, my wife always have no issues. For me I have been billed $280 b/c they code the bill wrong when it is sent to insurance company. The Dr office will not change to "routine visit" so it will be covered by insurance. We are both in the same exam room together and leave the room together. This year, my wife changed medical insurance. Her new insurance requires a $30 co-pay for routine visits. She had her annual exam at the beginning of the year. 6.5 mo later she needed a referral from Dr Liu's office for a dermatologist. She called for referral but was refused because she needs to come in for another routine exam. She went and paid the $30 for the "routine" exam. The exam consist of "What can I do for you?" "I need to see a dermatologist" Ok I will be right back. No check up. If you are going to charge for a routine exam then I believe the Dr should do the exam.

Dr. Liu is generally helpful and analytical. She appears interested in your symptoms and finding a remedy. She explains her diagnosis and plan of action.

When I was in the office there were no one there and I was dying and very weak. Dr. Anita Liu was in the front office and asked me what was going on. I give her my symptoms and she said "hum!" and went back to read her charts and walked away. After five minutes another patient walked in and was called another five minutes after that. While waiting in PAIN, I heard my doctor laughing and talking to other people while the nurse in the front office didn't even notice that I was really in PAIN. Hello! I am dying, I can't even sit still. I finally walked out of the office and my wife called today for our $20 dollars check (co-pay) back and nurse said "Oh! we went looking for you and try to call you because the doctor was going to see you next after CO-PAYMET!!" Well I bet that the nurse wasn't able to find me right outside of the office waiting for elevator for five minutes.

I have been going to Dr Liu for over 10 years. In fact, I was recommended by a co-worker. She listens, is very knowledgeable and will always give you an upfront answer and additional options. Her assistant is very helpful and kind. She's the best!

As a patient, I find Dr Liu to be both knowledgable yet devoid of the o-so common malady of most physicians - ego. She is a true gem, extremely skillful and just a great addition to anyones' stable of medical professionals. I would also say that Dr Luis assistant, Sushma, is equally adept and kind as is Dr Lui. Based on my own experiences, I can honestly give Dr Lui a shining 10/10.
