Fantastic doctor. He allows you to ask as many questions as you want and always has a positive attitude. I just wish he was practicing OB full time. If you are having ertility problems, go see him!

Of all doctors I have been to, of any field, ESPECIALLY infertility, Dr. Trolice is the most compassionate and detail oriented I have ever met. He provides individualized care and his staff are absolutely wonderful. From my first visit, I knew I was in good hands and highly recommend him to anyone.

This doctor is the most negative person I've ever met. He also suffers from a "God" complex and trys to steer you to his way of thinking. He prides himself on offering hope, but money is the only thing on his mind. His office staff is even worse. Care is not coordinated and his nurses are even more cynical than him. His insurance person cannot process a correct payment and overall the staff seems very unhappy and only concerned about getting paid. If you are looking for a doctor to help you conceive, run, don't walk, to someone else.

I have to say that I was very disappointed in my visit. I waited 5 months for an appointment, and felt that the office was very disorganized! They did not seem very caring and did not seem to know what they were doing. We were taken into someone's small personal office (there was open mail on the desk) that had Rooms to Go dining room chairs so big that we had to move the chairs so we could open and close the door! The "pre-doctor" then asked all the questions I had already answered on the forms. We then waited for 20 minutes to see Dr Trolice. We were taken to his office and the first thing he did was answer an IM on his computer! He answered another one and his cell phone during our visit! Talk about unprofessional! We were told we would have to pay $250 to see another doctor who does not take insurance the next time we came. The insurance lady charged us the wrong copay. Overall, not good! Spend some money on your staff and office!

Dr. Trolice seems very knowledgeable and kind. However, the office is very busy, and it seems to affect how well he remembers your problems or how well he reviews your chart. I had difficulties communicating a complication I was having after a procedure, and the result was a month of pain and bleeding I didn't necessarily have to deal with. It often seemed that the nurses/dr would not remember what had happened from one time to the next even within a few days span. That's fine, but it should all be on the chart and reviewed when there's a problem. I also didn't really love the "counseling" end of it. In part, it was great, but in some ways it felt a little like judgement. Everyone is very kind though and the office is beautiful. It probably depends on your problem and personality. IVF seems to be focused on more there.

Dr. Trolice was wonderful. He was always concerned with how we were doing emotionally and how we were coping as a couple in addition to how the treatments were going. He was very knowledgable and was very open and honest with me when I had questions and even when I questioned his treatment methods. He was extremely respectful during exams and during consultations in his office. He was also seemed to be very current in his knowledge and research as he knew exactly which medications to use for my diagnosis and was very forthright when explaining procedures. He even remembered my name nearly a year after treatment. His nurses were wonderful as well. I really felt like the whole office wanted us to get pregnant and were disappointed with me when I wasn't. We did IUI's and then IVF with Dr. Trolice at his clinic. We were blessed to have IVF work the first try. I HIGHLY recommend him!

This is a very nice doctor. However, I went to him for IVF after having a late loss several months prior. I was 38 and didn't have another 3 years to try to get pg on my own. The consultation seemed more like a counciling session and I was in tears before I left. He basically told me that I didn't need fertility treatment that I could get pg on my own, I just needed to relax and get counciling. His office staff seem unorganized and they wouldn't take my insurance for things that were covered, saying that they lowered the price so that it's affordable, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for things that were covered like bloodwork. I ended up going elsewhere for IVF four months later and did become pregnant. It had nothing to do with needing to relax.
