Been going to Dr. Ellens 8 yrs now. Started seeing her when I moved to Glen Ellyn. After a yr, I moved about 45 min away. There are doctors closer to me, but I had such a good experience with Dr. Ellens, I chose to continue seeing her, despite the distance. I've seen many doctors over the span since I became an adult...30+ yrs. I,ve seen many personalities from cold & clinical, some behaving like they are God, stuffy, hurried, incompetent, etc... I've encountered few empathetic & kind doctors along the way. Dr. Ellens is truly unique in her bedside manner. Due to chronic illness & disability, I've seen Dr. Ellens more than most. She"s consistantly friendly, compassionate, and takes her time with each appointment. You never get the impression she is in a hurry. She takes the time to make sure all of your health concerns. I've not seen Dr. Ellens without a smile on her face. She's the epitome of warm & personable. I"m fortunate to find a genuinely caring, nuturing competent doctor.

Dr. Ellens and her staff cannot do enough for you! Dr. Ellens spends more than enough time with me at each visit - no matter what the visit is for. She answers all of your questions and gives helpful suggestions for improvement. Her bedside manner is top notch!!! I have been going to Dr. Ellens for over a decade now and cannot brag about her and the friendly staff enough!!!

Dr. Ellens is the greatest doctor I have ever seen. The office staff is great and caring with very little wait, and Dr. Ellens genuinely cares about your situation.
