Bruce Milkent immediately exposed me to a full round of unnecessary spinal, cervical, neck XRAYS upon consultation (for minor lower back pain!). First question was about my insurance and if it would cover repeated care/visits. I felt very uncomfortable in his office.

Staff repeatedly ignored my inquiry on how much the Dr was going to charge for evaluation. Dr insulted me by saying that I should have "common sense to know when evaluation is over and when treatment begins". He would not believe even when I had a witness, that I asked the staff for billing information and never received a chart for billing. They are insensitive to language barriers and I felt extremely pressured to use his services.

He is very ignorant to his staff and does not listen to his patients needs. Only interested in how much insurance will pay then when insurance benefits are gone he discharges you. But the worst part is if you miss an appointment the staff calls you 3 times in one day to reschedule you. Then he has them call till you do reschedule. Plus he wants deductible money up front before insurance pays.
