Dr. Barfield is very knowledgeable and takes dermatology seriously. I have seen him for several different issues over the last 5-10 years and will continue to use him if needed.

Took my daughter in for a sore that developed on her butt cheek. He said is was an allergic reaction to neosporin. We explained that we did not put neosporin on her butt, but he kept insisting that it was an allergic reaction to it. He told us to stop putting neosporin on her butt and it would heal and sent us on our way. This doctor does not listen, he only believes what he believes dispite what you tell him. Oh, the rash, it turns out that my daughter just couldn't wear generic diapers...we had to solve it on our own.
