I recommend seeing anyone else, not Dr. Kaye. I went to see him about my difficulties breathing. Removed fluid that was around my right lung, but had no idea why it was there. Sent me to the sleep center instead. I tried contacting him several times but he never responded! I suffered for a couple of months unable to breath while sleeping. I went to a different pulmonologist out of frustration. He immediately sent me to get an echocardiogram. In the middle of the exam, they said I was having heart failure. I was put in the hospital the same day. I could have had a heart attack at any moment. The new pulmonologist may have saved my life. Do not see Mitchell Kaye for anything!

Ordered many "urgent" tests, scans, procedures but scheduling these events was excruciating. Even getting back in to see him after the recommended 6-10 days after my hospital procedure was met with, "Oh, he books out for weeks at a time." Just avoid this mess and go to a different provider! Day 10 and still waiting for a call to schedule a PET scan...

Worst pulmonologist on the planet! Not fit to do anything but pump gas at Super America! His license should be revoked! Totally irresponsible. Zero knowledge. Zero caring. Zero compassion!!

This doctor offered equivocal information to his patient, then rushed to end the appointment. He seems to have anger management issues, acted unprofessionally, sexist and ageist, and showed disrespect to his patient.
