Doctor and his PA are fine. Staff needs some additional training on phone etiquette as well as dealing with sick patients! Some compassion and just being helpful would be great!

I have never waited less that 45 minutes just to called in to the examination room. And then another 15 minutes to be seen by this "Doctor". He is rude, not just to me I heard him in the room next to me & should have walked out at that time. My last (and I mean last) appointment with Dr. Nolittle was at 2:45. As I sat waiting myself & four others in the front waiting room observed Tom & his girlfriend groping each other other out in the parking lot.
He has no knowledge on psych meds & I have been struggling to get any sleep since October wen he lowered my dose of Klonopin & then brushed me off to a Psychiatrist because he knew he was in over his head. Rude, Bully, Zero compassion, plus he doesn't even dress like a doctor, more like a high school gym coach. He really messed me up by messing with my meds with no idea what he was doing. Run, don't walk away from the jackass!

When we lived in Minnesota Dr Carpenter saved my son when he was sick with a good quick diagnosis and a "pushy" referral to Rochester. He also delivered my second son and again had to "push" people into an emergency C-section rather than risk my baby...we miss him.

Dr. Carpenter has no bedside manner. He had two students who semi-examined me. He spent about 60 seconds with me, made no eye contact, was dressed unprofessionally and made me feel like I had to prove my needs to him. I will not see him again.

I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for over 20 years now. As I enter my senior years I find that I am a bit more needy and Dr. Carpenter is more than happy to address all my issues. His support staff is amazing and when Dr. Carpenter is not available I am most comfortable seeing Scott! I have never felt rushed in the office or the exam room and I have always found the office staff to be compassionate and quick to address any issues I may have. After over 20 years I could probably go on for paragraphs about how happy I am at Dr. Carpenters practice. The most important thing I want to stress is that if you need a good physician then you should be seeing him. He cares! Its not about the money! It's about the patient.
