Dr. Hamill is an excellent Dermatologist who removed a lesion for me at a low cost while being dutiful and expedient. His technique was well above the norm for his profession and has resulted in extremely optimal healing for the operation site. This doctor could've sent me to a plastics surgeon, but decided to do it in house at his practice. He's a good man and a fantastic doctor.

His staff continually make false statements about readiness,...they will keep you waiting an
hour or more. Imagine, these are the same people that call you about your appt. time! Just
walk out if you wait too long. Some doctors don't know who their customers are, and they are not worth your aggravation. They need too learn to respect people and keep appointments. Walk out!

Dr. Hamill alleges to be a PPO for Coventry Health Care. His participation therein requires him to bill Coventry for services rather than demand the patient pay on the spot. I've visited his office twice, and on each occasion the staff demanded payment despite Hamill's PPO obligation. Seems to me he should not have signed on as a PPO provided if he refuses to abide by Coventry's protocol.

This doctor through improper techniques spread an infection on my child causing physical discomfort and scarring. Would not recommend.

Amazing doctor, so gentle/concerned and yet best diagnostician in Hernando County. Expert care even for difficult cases: I have a pain disorder and he went above and beyond to keep me painfree. I see Lisa for routine ck-ups but there is nothing "routine" about her examination; nothing slips by her. I have been to all dermatologists in the area and these are the only ones I see now.

I have heard Dr. Hamill speak and he is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He is thorough and documents all of your skin head to toe for future reference. All of his staff is friendly, helpful, accomodating. Best Dermatologist I have found in many years! Referred my mom and she says so too!!!!
