Very insulting, and talks down to his clients. Never felt so insulted and my Daughter was very angry as well.

Excellent office staff. Great instructions for procedure, and great nurses. Love the new clinic. Very clean. MD is smart and very helpful and explained everything to me. Everything turned out okay so I don't have to have another procedure for 5 more years, but want to have it done by him

1)Discussed the Kings game while I was undergoing anesthesia. 2) I awoke during the colonoscopy in great pain, a memory which returns in flashbacks. 3)Very soon after, I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Fefer because I had horrible stomach cramps. I went to his office to plead to be seen and even though I saw him in the hallway, he refused to examine me. 4)When I finally got in to see him, he accused me wanting painkillers. Also, he would not give me any details on polyp removal or on my awaking period during the procedure. 5) Still in pain, I went to an emergency room and was admitted to the hospital. I subsequently had a colon resection and endured physical and emotion pain. I do not recommend this physician. RE the previous comments, I agree that Dr.Jekyll/Mr Hyde and some accompanying problems are apparent, all of which make a harrowing and frustrating experience.

The initial visit he was helpful but there was absolutely no communication/follow up after a procedure and when I called to ask questions he said almost nothing. He acted like he didn't have time for my phone call or any answers to my relatively simple questions about he had written in his report.

Has a very pleasant disposition. Only later after trying to bring up some research I saw, did he turn very arrogant and indignant. I was shocked at how little empathy he showed, and how little he actually cares. It was shocking! Like I said, he seems like such a nice doctor. A little Jekly Hyde thing going here......
