be prepared to get screwed by lies of how long it will take. I waited 3 hours never told me he left ...been 3 times always stupid amount of waiting and they wont tell you when. its so disrespectful and unfair. Everyone in waiting room every time has experienced same thing. they cant mange there time , cant answer phones and clearly cant mange there schedule. scary

I had an in person follow up after being discharged from the hospital. I called and messaged many times with follow up questions afterwards and they all went unanswered. The staff was very rude and never got back to me to follow up on any of my questions even if it was a simple medication question. I received next to no guidance from Dr. Kantrowitz and the staff for my injury and recovery. The worst medical care I’ve ever received which is sad because I am still recovering from a serious brain injury

After waiting almost 4 months to get this appointment I was very happy to finally meet Dr. Kantrowitz He is one of the friendliest doctors I ever met.
Him and his associate were knowsledgeable in diagnosing my problem and explained it very well. They took an x ray of my spine but until now I did not receive the results. Also it would nice to know what to do next such as therapy, medication... Looking forward to hearing from them

Dr Kantrowitz made what could have been a very bad situation for me to making my extensive surgery flawless. He took his time to explain every detail and plenty of tests to ensure a safe and successful neurosurgical operation a healing experience for me . This Dr has an amazing bedside manner and an extreme amount of patience. I thank him and his wonderful staff for everything they have and continue to do for me.

My name is Myriam,
I am a 36 year old female, and a patient of Doctor Allen Kantrowitz, who has literally saved my life.

I started having first symptoms about five months ago. I felt that the entire left side of my body was asleep, and step by step it was becoming paralyzed.

After an IRM and first appointments with his fellow doctors, I was diagnosed with a huge brain tumor.

Doctor Kantrowitz delivered that devastating news to me with a lot of compassion and humanity.

That kind of neurosurgery is considered amongst the most complicated, most complex and exposed to high risk.
Dr. Krantowitz succeeded without any complications.
The entire team and all fellow doctors who treated me, agreed and called this a true miracle.
I have no physical nor mental constraints and didn't suffer any side effects from surgery or anything.
I am feeling actually super well. I am infinitly grateful to Dr. Kantrowitz for having given me a second chance in my life.

I also would like to express my gratitude to the personnel and nursing team of the Mount Sinaï Hospital. This infrastructure, facilities and nursing care team is amazing!
I couldn't have been taken care of any better.
